Woods Canyon Lake: Located approximately 15 miles Southwest of our cabin rental in Heber on State Route 260. This lake is mostly a Trout fishing lake with the season lasting between May and October each year. Electric boat motors are available for rental ½ day or for a full day.
Show Low Lake: Just one mile off State Route 260 on Show Low Rd just a short drive from the cabin. Here, fisherman can find large Walleye, Rainbow and Brown Trout, Largemouth Bass, Sunfish and Catfish. Boating is limited to 8 horsepower or less. There are also some nice amenities around this lake including, parking area, tables, fireplaces, and more.
Willow Springs Lake: One of the most accessible of the Rim lakes with many beautiful scenic settings in a heavily forested area on the edge of the Mogollon Rim. The landscape includes Ponderosa Pine, Oak and Douglas Fir trees which makes this a gorgeous lake, and at an elevation of about 7,500 feet, visitors can expect very pleasant temperatures in the spring and summer months.
