Cabin Fever AZ Rates and Reservations

*A deposit of 50% is due at the time of your reservation. The balance is due upon your arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to arrival (Except Holiday reservations) will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $40.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival and cancellations for Holiday reservations will NOT qualify for any refund, however, guests may reschedule for a future visit, within 90 days of cancellation, without loss of deposit.

Check in: Check in time begins at 2:00 pm. No Exceptions. Our office is open until 9:00 pm at the latest. Unless arrangements are made for a late check-in at least 24 hours before your check-in date, please arrange your schedule accordingly. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Extra charges may be charged if check-out time is not adhered to. No refunds on early departures.

• NO LARGE PETS ALLOWED! Sorry! Small or caged animals are OK.
• No RV's or Motor Homes allowed on property.
• ATV's, ATC's or Quads are strictly prohibited from operating within the resort.
• No open fires are permitted within the resort.
• No firearms of any type are permitted on the resort EVER.
• Guests must observe the speed limits accordingly.
• Each cabin has its own designated parking areas.
• All occupants, visitors, guests or others agree to keep all house rules and community policies and will not violate any laws on premises.
• Guests shall show due consideration for neighbors and shall not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other guests. No loud music indoors or outdoors is allowed.
• Cabin owner is not responsible for personal property or articles of guests or visitors.
• Any person renting a cabin must be 21 years of age and supply a major valid credit card and photo ID at check in.
• Cabins are for the use of registered guests ONLY!
