Cabin Fever AZ Rates and Reservations

To book your cabin rental please select a Check in date on the left calendar below and then Select your Check-out date in the right calendar. Choose from a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom cabin then hit the Select Cabin button and it will display the cabins we have available for those dates. Once that page displays you can choose one of our 1 bedroom cabins or 2 bedroom cabins. Click the Book it button and proceed to fill out your personal information. You will then have the option to pay with a paypal account or pay with a credit card through paypal's secure checkout system.

* Rates are calculated based off of current pricing, if you are booking on a holiday, an extra $20.00 per night charge will apply and there is a 3 night minimum.

* A deposit of 100% is due at the time of your reservation if you book online with a credit card or if you choose to pay with Paypal. If you would like to call us on the phone we require 50% down to hold your reservation the balance is due 5 days before your arrival date. At which time we will e-mail or call you with the code for the lock box on the front door that has the keys to the cabin. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to arrival (Except Holiday reservations) will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $50.
  • NO Aggressive Large Dogs Allowed! Small to medium size potty trained dogs are OK upon Owner approval $75 deposit only $25 refundable. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH WHEN OUTSIDE & CLEANED UP AFTER GOING #2
  • No RV's or Motor Homes allowed on property.
  • ATV's, ATC's or Quads are strictly prohibited from operating within the resort.
  • No open fires are permitted within the resort.
  • No firearms of any type are permitted on the resort EVER.
  • Guests must observe the speed limits accordingly.
  • Each cabin has its own designated parking areas.
  • All occupants, visitors, guests or others agree to keep all house rules and community policies and will not violate any laws on premises.
  • Guests shall show due consideration for neighbors and shall not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other guests. No loud music indoors or outdoors is allowed.
  • Cabin owner is not responsible for personal property or articles of guests or visitors.
  • Any person renting a cabin must be 21 years of age and supply a major valid credit card upon booking.
  • Cabins are for the use of registered guests ONLY!
